Since the beginning of 1990 ABG has comp
leted a variety of TA projects for Tacis, Phare, ADB, World Bank, German bi-lateral aid programmes - and other clients which has gained us a solid international reputation as results orientated company.
We provide conceptual and strategic advice, practical assistance and training for management, pilot testing of new schemes and technologies, marketing and development strategies. ABG has implemented projects in very different environments such as in Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Mongolia, Germany, Latvia, Croatia, Moldova, Russia, Bulgaria, etc. with every our project making a stress at effective and efficient private sector development measures and ensuring of sustainable financing schemes.
Most of the projects implemented by our company contained considerable component of project management advice and capacity building, including assistance to local and contracting authorities in preparation and implementation of procurement procedures, supervision of procurement and service contracts, financial management and monitoring.
